Refund policy

All items are high quality 1:1 grade duplicates. Items are made to only look like the original!

Customers may submit a request to cancel an order within 48 HOURS of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, purchases are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except for the following situations outline below. Please make sure you are getting the correct size/item while ordering! Once you purchase an item that is final! unless it is a mistake on my behalf. 💗

Received the Wrong Shoe Size or Item?
If you received a different shoe size or item than what you ordered,  Please follow these steps:

  1. contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with your name and order number.
  2. include clear photos of the following:
  • the size label on the shoe box
  • the size tag inside the shoe
  • the shoes in unused, original condition

3. once your claim is verified, we'll send you a prepaid return label.

4. returned shoes must be unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.

5. after we receive and inspect the return, you'll receive a full refund for the item. 

 

What's not returnable:

  • wrong size ordered by the customer
  • change of mind after purchase
  • items showing any signs of wear (other than trying it on) or alteration
  • claims made 24-48 hours after delivery (the max is 72 hours) 
  • packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
  • delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather.

We require signatures on all orders over $100. You have to be the one to sign your package and only YOU. If you fail to sign your package, please check your email to see what to do left to receive your package. We send you tracking information so you will know when to expect your package. If that is not available, please contact your local post office to see your options on receiving the package, most of the time they will hold it for you for a few days to go and pick it up.

Please make sure shipping address is correct once you order. That information cannot be updated once sent out. If your address is incorrect please contact us immediately! We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.💓
